New From Scratch P2 Bind and Wiring Problems

I picked up a new P2 from a guy that bought all parts new, but was missing the FC, GPS,and Tx. I bought the parts but not sure if things are connected properly.

I cant seem to get it to bind. When its turn on, the Rx LED is solid red. Following the binding procedure doesnt work. If I press the LED for a few seconds it blinks red for a moment then back to solid. Im also getting flashing yellpw main lights about to blinks per second.

I took the EXP connector off on the first picture to show the layout of the bottom connectors.

I oulled the Rx and its the 2.4 version. I thought all P2s were on 5.8. I also have a P1 Tx which is on 2.4, but still wont bind. Im starting to think its a bad Rx, but Id hate to throw more momey at it.

The original P2 was 2.4, the vision and vision plus are 5.8
The 5.8 TX are npt581 I think and the 2.4 are NDJ can’t remember of the top of my head
