Need some help navigating through DatCon

Hey guys,
So I have a P3A and I’m getting esc status error”shocker” and I’m trying to use datcon to figure out exactly what’s going on but I can’t get it to do anything with the dat. file. I havent used datcon in years and I feel like I’m just being stupid lol..
So let me start from the beginning with this drone, I bought it cheap to put together and I got ripped off. It was supposed to be a drone that hit a tree and crashed, that’s it! well that wasn’t it and quite a few hours later I finally got it to this point.. I also tried to do a firmware update and it won’t take it no matter what I do, even tried to force it by holding the link button but still nothing.. Any help or direction would be very much appreciated..

Have the solder joints been reviewed from the motors to the ESC's?

Thanks for your reply @t65d..last night I was able to determine that 2 esc’s were no good with csv view.. it’s unfortunate but I’m going to end up getting a main board
