Need camera/gimble help asap !!!

no crash but when i turn my unit on the gimble slams fast from side to side and the camera flips upside down. I am brand new to all of this but i have taken the back plate off with the 3 screws several times and the rod is never in the same place when i level the camera up. the circuit board is free of errors...my phone says gimble error...any help appreciated

cannot email video from phone...but when i connect everything on my phone screen it says remove gimble mount, and its alreasy removed !!!!
