Good contrast I think - but sun still overpowered the shot when it got in ..

Did you try a manual exposure for the sun?

No ... still experimenting ...

Biggest problem is I cannot see the tablet screen to even read the numbers .... had a shade on it as well ... but still cannot read them.

I came to Latvia in 1993 as Manager for a company supervising all Russian Crude Oil out through Baltics ... then lived in Russia .. then Estonia ... back to Latvia where I bought large property on the river.
Married a Russian.
