To be honest with you I don't use any editing programs wouldn't know where to startDepends what editing programs you have.
Looks nice, that's a fun time of day to shot photos, especially if there are some wicked clouds out. At about 30min past sunset, try shooting a 1 to 2 second exposures of city lights, cars driving by, or anything with lights and the twilight sky in the background. Those scenarios can be interesting to play with when weather comes through leaving clouds in the sky. This kind of long exposure shots need to be done on a calm night, and you'll likely want to take about 5 shots, one right after another, to pick the best of the 5 for clarity.
