Missing Video Files

[RC3 Aerials]

When I plugged my sd card into the computer I noticed 2 of the video files from the flight were missing. When I go into the DJI Go app there is one of them in the library for the video editor but the other one is completely missing. There is also 4 preview pics from the two videos in the flight data. I've tried putting the sd card back into the bird to see if the videos didn't finish finalizing for some reason with no luck.

They were my two favorite clips from the day so hopefully this can be resolved.

Hi, i had the same problem today. Went back to studio after two days recording and only had my last clip in the card, numbering like it was the first one (dji_0001)
But the clips appear in the cache files on the dji app.
Have you solved your problem? How?

Hi, i had the same problem. My computer does not recognize the SD card. in app DJI GO the sd card appears as empty. please help !

Hi, i just kind of understood what could have happened in my case. It was one of this two, so, please don't do it...
1 - I have formatted the sdcard in the computer ( always format it on the dji)
2 - i had the number of the clips not in the continous, so i think it could have deleted the old ones when i recorded the new. (Put the numbering on continous)
I wasnt able to recover the old clips, those i lost, not even with easeus...
