Looking for Help: Oculus Rift on Phantom 4

Is anyone out there using the Oculus Rift with their DJI Phantom 4? I purchased the OR and the HDMI to mini-HDMI converter for the OR cable, and I swapped out the controller module to add the HDMI port. However, there does not appear to be much other there about how to make the Oculus rift work with the DJI Controller. I have enabled the system capability to broadcast imagery to the HDMI port, but there is no image when connected. Anybody have some pointers I can use? I am not sure how the OR is getting power as I do not think HDMI is a powered port.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have OR but suggest you to make it work first with your phone videos and later on try on to RC.

Is the OR portable? I have MyBUD glasses that are rechargeable to use. I have a better Sony 3D system, but requires a constant charge so I can't use it. The hdmi module is pretty straightforward, so confirm your mobile power source.
