I log my flight times, battery recharges, and other things in Excel spreadsheets.

Excel Spreadsheet. Then I have it in dropbox so I can update it on my iMac, iPhone or iPad. I like having notes, makes it easier to find videos by date if I haven't named them. Also good to have a rough idea how many hours I have logged too.
