licence number for phantom 1

My old computer crashed a few days ago I have loaded the new Naza-m v2 software on the new computer but the phantom will not communicate with the software it says its not connected.

also the info page is asking for a 32 digit authorisation code
I only have 11 digit code

can anybody help many thanks gary

Hey Gary
You might need to download the driver again? Or if you did not, then you will need it. As with most DJI software, you need the driver as well. It has been a while, but Droneslinger.com, used to have all the old versions of DJI software/drivers, ect., but have not been there in a while, or if it's still avail? But might be worth a look, if you need any older version stuff, anyhow. Unfortunately I'm not computer savvy, or I'd offer more assistance, but usually when craft won't communicate with pc, it is a driver issue. Or port issue on pc.
( also there used to be problems like this with Windows 10, but do not know the resolve if any? ) if you are Windows 10, you might want to search that ( phantom/Windows 10 issue ) or something like that? Maybe somebody figured it out? They are brilliant here!
