Landing Pad

Was bored today and made a landing pad for the back yard.

Went to my local road & bridge department and got a scraped stop sign, and used some reflective material and paint from around the house.

I like how it came out..... wanted to be different than the standard "H" in a circle..... just thinking it needs something else.

What do you think?

It's 100% aluminum. No ferrous metal at all. Won't effect compass.

Ah, good thinking, I like it. I made mine from a rubber pad for weight lifting or what ever. Got to use what you have.

Did try to land on it today, and tipped it. No damage.

I would think a "Q" for "Quadcopter" makes more since rather than a "H" for "Helicopter".
