I recently bought the Hoodman for use with my iPad Mini 4 and really like it - definitely the best sunshade I've used.

I have two issues. The first is that my glasses are a little too wide to fit into the opening. That was easily solved with a set of reading glasses with a smaller frame.

The other issue is access to the screen. I have a hard time getting my hand through the access slit and particularly getting to controls in the corners of the screen. I have some ideas about how to modify it to make it work better. If any of them work, I'll report back.

I keep the top velcro attached and the sides unsealed. That way I can flop the top hood back if I need access to the screen.

Can't imagine flying without it. (and a neck lanyard)
