Video isn't bad and photos aren't the best (I need to lean the settings for that) but I really enjoy flying at night. I like seeing things lit up. Especially Christmas displays this time of the year.

Vision based collision avoidance doesn't work at night, but you don't have to disable it unless you want to. My advice is to always know the flight territory in the daytime before flying it at night. Learn what your highest object is and always fly higher than that, because it's next to impossible to see much, as you fly to your target POIs.I never have flown my P4P at night... is there anything in the settings that you need to set differently from day flying? Or, just take off and go? In particular, I'm concerned about the vision system... does it need to be disabled at night?
