Video quality is horrible I don't know why it came up like that but at least you get the idea haha

Hello, so I checked everything you told me to and everything seems to be working just fine, as I posted before the quad flys just normal it's just that notice that I don't know where is coming from. Could it be the gimbal making interference?

Check your motors again for miniscure foreign metallic fragments. It could be black ferrite found at beaches. It can be found trying to bridge the out bell housings magnets.
This can cause the motor to seize or not start sometimes. Remove the motors (just the 4 screws) and use a compressor and blow it out or move them to the bottom of the motor and use sticky tape to lift them out.

I have the P2+ V3 and it has always had the high pitch noise. Don't worry about it.
