Help with P3A unlocking list, do you have it?

Need someone's help to see if you can goto your P3A's DJI App, go to settings. And select the "Unlocking list? Does it exist on your system?

Thanks, but I know what it is for, just trying to determine if other P3A users have this delectable button or not.

It's available on phantom 4's, but is needed on phantom 3's in order to fly in some areas without internet service.
