Help with border lines top and bottom 4k?

Need some help please, ive created only a couple of phantom 4 videos in the resolution of 4096 x 2160, and im getting border black lines at the top and bottom,

Im using final cut pro x, and im guessing the resolution size or export settings are causing this, what size, or settings should i export at to fill the screen?

Export at 3840 × 2160 (still 4K) and switch to this on your Phantom in the future.
