Help needed and can't find answer here

I did firmware upgrade and now. When I turn on my battery, I get a continuous beeping and notice that I cannot connect to the battery. Did I toast my only battery?

When you upgraded the firmware on the aircraft, I assume you were using that same battery. Is the SD card still in the camera?
