Help again for p4

need some help. My p4 will not fly. It will only go up and down pushing auto up n down. Nothing else. Calibrated linking and imu and compass. Only thing works is camera. Using a Samsung Galaxy 9e to fly her. I can only use Dji go to try to download. Tried using friends computer and Dji assistant and it did not regonize p4.

You actually do not need the app to fly as long as the controller is connected to the aircraft. Have you tried manual take off? (both sticks down and inward)... and after take off push left stick forward to move forward?...

Are you seeing all the info on your phone/tablet?... More info needed to help you....

Non of that works. I see everything on my tablet. It only takes off in auto and stays at 4 feet and only lands in auto.

You have everything updated to the current firmware?... both the controller and aircraft?
