I crashed my phantom a few weeks back and did a DIY repair on it. Now it is a bit hard to fly it straight.

Specifically, when flying slowly, if I push the right stick forward (or backward) it tends to want to drift to the left when going forward. Sometimes when I push the right stick to the side, it wants to back up a bit.

I also notice that if I am using the left stick to change altitude it tends to want to rotate a bit.

Even when hovering it tends to be a little less stable.

I included this video although I don't know how helpful it is since you can't see the stick inputs.

I understand this could be down to pilot error or wind. So are there things I can do (calibrate IMU??? Calibrate compass???) that might help?

Always calibrate the imu on a LEVEL surface after a crash or bump. It sounds like an imu problem for sure, but it could also be bad props or something else could have been damaged in the crash as well...
