GoPro Settings for Flying vs. Cinematography

I was just wondering if any of you use different FOV settings for general purpose recreational flying versus recording video for a purpose using the GoPro. If so, what settings do you use and why?

For cinematography stuff I use the GoPro Hero 3+ Black:

2.7K
25FPS
Medium field of view
Protune On
Medium sharpen
Manual white balance if conditions are static

That gives you a good enough image when downscaled to 1080p, and grades OK. I've used 1080P on the GoPro and it is awful.
