Going to Indy

Hey guys, I'm going to Indy for the first time for a few days to work and want to fly and get some shots of the speedway. What's the rule up there and if I can where's the best place to take off? Thanks in advance!

Don't fly that thing over crowds of people! If you do you are going to have a bad time.

Not planning on it. I'm sure there's a spot close without crowds. A park or something. I know the rules
