Good/bad ? any adverse effects ??

I have one bird that has it and one that doesn't. So far I guess I have been lucky and have had to test where it works or not. A lot of users have stated it protected them. If you have a really hard landing or a not so terrible crash it could and probably does give some protection. I hope I don't have to find out If it works.

I use it on my 3 Adv.
I also used one on my Vision +
I believe that it is definitely worth the 20

Thanks for the feedback, I hadn't seen the aluminium tape before, but was referring to the aluminium casing, I'll put an order in today for one.

This is the case. It is not tape.

I made one from aluminium, not rocket science to work out how to bend it to get the right shape!, bought some cap head stainless screws from Ebay
cost me less than £5 total.
