I haven’t flown my P4P for many months. I initially did a few flights then updated the firmware and had gimbal twitching issues.
I updated again and the problem was still there. I recalibrated everything and again, same problem.
After many months, I pulled it out of the closet this weekend and updated and calibrated.
This time the camera kept moving full up to full down for several sweeps. I launched it anyway and it seemed to stabilize, but it seemed uncontrollable. Then I got a gimbal overload warning.
I also noticed stress cracks in one of the gear legs. WTH!, I’ve only flown it a few times.
It seems that wishful thinking has not stopped mine from being plagued with problems that many have experienced.
I would appreciate any advice to tune it up and use it what it was intended for and not just a $2K paperweight.
So frustrating.
Close to giving up, but I’ll keep looking on YouTube for a fix.
Thanks for listening,
JV
