Gimbal overload Message

I got a P3S and I am giving a gimbal overload message. I did the IMU calibration, checked all posible things and it is also over heating...the roll and the metal part of the camera gets very very hot...any input on what might be the problem?

If you have the latest FW and removed every foam pieces protecting the gimbal during shipping it sounds like you have to send it in. I had that with my P3pro long time ago and they calibrated the gimbal but the message still appeared from time to time and the gimbal showed jello effect like hell. Then i decided to return it again for service and they swapped the whole Phantom3 with gimbal and it was solved. So i guess sime gimbals are just worse than others, the production tolerances are not that tight.
