flight logs

I want to send a flight record. I installed itunes to my desktop but I cant figure out how to access and send any flight records. I had a problem with the ac and someone asked me to send the record.

I am running windows 10

I have been looking for your video. Thanks. I did what you said and when I open the file it is in computer language.

The logs are encrypted, so you'll need some kind of tool to decrypt and view them. You can use my log viewer here or one of the other tools here.
