firmware update problem

I have not flown in about a month and got a message to upgrade on the DJI app.

I have a P4 standard. It started and appeared to down load to my Ipad Pro and then said to connect to the aircraft which I did. It stuck at 99% and at one point said Aircraft may not be supported. (it is about 5 months old bought directly from DJI)

I took out an IPad mini which I also fly with and it gives me an error "aircraft disconnected"

I tried to contact DJI but have not received a reply.

I know little about computers and really need some help please. I do not know where to start if possible I really need help step by step.

I have no clue what to do

Do a search on firmware updates. There has been numerous topics about it. So much so, I haven't done the upgrade.

Try upgrading the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 app like this:

I think they recommend turning "auto updates" off in settings on the I pad.. Making it your choice...course it's a little late for that now..
