Can you use the same FAA number if you have 2 Phantoms? Not flying at the same time.

You can use the hobby registration # as many times as you want (or have sUASs to fly). that number is assigned to you as the pilot, not to an aircraft.

You are registering yourself, not your drones. When you register you are never giving any info to the FAA about your drone(s)
