And you'd need the name/address that matches the stolen card.

im from Canada and was going to visit the US next month. decided, what the hell, lets register my drone. Went on the FAA site, click on the register my UAS button, and error that

access to the link is not allowed from my country!!!

Yep, registration is easy and painless. Used a 'Brother' label maker to print my handy-dandy FAA number for my P3S . GadgetGuy, I like that reward label. Where'd you find that?

Sorry, my post was intended as a joke. However, the original poster of the photograph, @Spectrum 514 can likely answer your question. I suspect he just made it himself and printed it out.
