Here's a video I took yesterday (July 26 2019) from Bolivar Heights, West Virginia / USA looking towards Harpers Ferry West Virginia, and Charles Town West Virginia. It was taken around noon our time using a DJI Phantom 4 with a ND4 filter at a height of between 100 and 300 feet.
