Do I want P4A or...?

Hey all - GF just told me she ordered me a P4A today!! Hasn't shipped yet and she said if I want something different it's not too late. I have two P3Ps and shoot a lot of real estate.

As far as I can see, the major difference is in the 2.4/5.8 connection and some proximity sensors; am I right on that?

One of my P3 remotes has the MaxxUAV panel antenna and has great range; am I right that I could use that with the P4A and not worry about the P4 range stories I've heard?

Any other reason I should really go with a P4P or P4A+? Sorry to be asking stupid questions - been thinking about P4s for a whole hour now!

Biggest difference of likely benefit to you is a significantly better camera.

P4A's camera is the same as the P4P's.

Yes, P4A & P have same camera- significantly better than P3 series (which the OP is currently flying).

GF is really nice I wish she would order me one too! P4A has a better camera then P4 and that's it.
No range problem with either bird, people having range issues have greater dirty air issues.

Thanks all! Started with a P3A and had ordered a P3P gimbal/cam within a month - just wanted to be sure I got the right thing off the bat this time. Really looking forward!!
