Only about 48 hours late with the news and what's it got to do with the P3 forum?
I was hoping they would announce that they had hired a crew to answer phones at their LA support center. Tired of hearing the recording asking me to call back, then getting cut off (hung up on).With any luck they will be announcing that they are opening a customer service department.
