DJI Spark gimbal problem

Hi there
Apologies if in wrong place but I’ve searched to no avail.
Spark working fine until I pull it out of bag on holiday to film a friends house and the gimbal has basically stopped working.
Just doesn’t want to play.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Not crashed, just working one minute and stopped the next.

Forgot to say I’m based in the UK if anybody is recommending a repair place.
