Dji p3p battery

I have my sister dji p3p because she needed me to replace the motors, she ordered them and I'm waiting for them to arrive, I noticed one of her batteries is slightly warm and the other one is cold. Both batteries are just sitting in a dji hard shell backpack, so my question is the battery bad, one that is slightly warm? Also both batteries are at 80%.

It sounds like one of them was auto discharging. They get slightly warm during that process.

the warm one is self discharging after 10 days....also, don't store the batteries in the backpack, they need ventilation to cool.
