Yes that's exactly what I have and I've reloaded twice to be sure . . .also DJI GO4 v4.0.0(12)

I believe a call to DJI support should be your next step.

Done that and called the supplier . . drdrone.com . . they are a very experienced dji shop/store and repair depot . . . they are sending me a shipping label to send it back . . . sigh . . . (sad face)

They told me they've shipped dozens of these PLUS machines since dec and none had this "Feature" . . figgers
