Camera firmware update problem

I did all the passages for the camera firmware update but when I start the phantom the camera it isn't updated
I don't know what can I do for this problem
Ps: my phantom is the Phantom 2 vision plus v3

Did you use a blank SD card that only had the renamed .bin file on it. Put it in the camera and start up the Phantom. See any lights on the camera doing anything.

Format the sd with phone application

Double and triple check the file name to be sure it was renamed exactly as the text file says. That inneciates the firmware upgrade when it read that file name with the correct extension of .bin

What worked? I have the same problem since the last upgrade... was it the phone formatting? Or did it download with the wrong file name?

The file name has to be exactly named per the text file to work dashes and dots included. Nothing else on the card and no other directories. Blank card one file. Start up the quad and the camera will see the bin file and upgrade itself. When it completes it renames the file and the LED goes too green. Blinks red during the upgrade.
