Better Grip for iPad on Transmitter.

I like to fly with a big screen but the mount on the transmitter was always wobbly no matter how tight the locking screw was. Here is my solution.

I made a paper pattern and a friend cut and bent it at a sheet metal shop. No interference with the sticks. Also made a hood that sits on the iPad.

Nice idea. I no longer own a brake so I was hoping it was pre-made. If you don't mind giving me the dimensions I would appreciate it. Machine shop nearby, worth a few bucks. Assuming stainless. 1/16?

Here is a PDF with dimensions. It is important that the bends are exactly parallel. Also a piece of foam rubber is required on the lower lip.
Hopefully you can work with metric dims. If not give me a shout and I can convert the units in my CADD program.

Nice little bit of ingenuity. Neat little simple fix. I use an old iPad Air and I don’t seem to have that problem. It might be the angle that I look at the screen.

It will work with all DJI txs that look like the one in the video.
