Best video settings

I recently upgraded from a phantom 2 with go pro hero 3 to a phantom 3 standard. The video quality is poor there's a lot of noise and banding which doesn't seem to be prop shadow. What are the best settings?

Test in 1080p 30 frame/s
And make auto calibrate gimbal with djigo
