Anyone out there found a truly secure solid mount for there iPad for the Phantom 3 advanced controller ?

My favorite is the DJI tablet holder with the metal bracket. It's rock solid.
Another option would be to swap out the plastic bracket with a metal bracket -- like the TACO-RC bracket or the Jrelics bracket.

If it doesn't fit make one from a coat hanger. I spent hundreds on mounts for my iPad Pro, and in the end I used a $0.10 coat hanger. It was rock solid and lightweight
I actually got mine from Decals ([email protected]), $22.95 shipping included, and they work great with my mini 4. Never felt comfortable with the stock plastic one.

Hunter. I used the advice from M Singer. I purchased the Inspire bracket and used the fitting that he recommended. It's solid.
