I prefer the letters UAV to 'drone'. That word makes them sound less appealing and dangerous.

So the bomb squad came out and put it through an X-ray. The X-ray determined that it was inert 90%. So they took it to be sure.

They said it wasn't 100%... so who knows

The word "drone" has so many negative connotations to many uniformed people, like the general public.
I prefer calling my drone a quad... one syllable.
To each his own though.

Most 4*4 drivers would look at you sideways if you told them you were taking your quad for a flight..
