Anti drop kit on Gimbal (Normal??)

Hello, yesterday i noticed that my Gimbal on the P2V+ has only 2 Anti-drop kit (image attached) mounted on the gimbal and 2 of the Dampeners do not include Anti-Drop kit, is this normal or did DJI forgot to install the remaining 2 Anti-drop kit on my gimbal?

You have your answer right there. 4 grommets (they call them dampeners, they're just cheapo grommets) and two pins. That's all that come with the gimbals now.

You clearly did not understand what i was trying to say,

My P2V+ comes INSTALLED with the 4 Dampeners as well as 2 anti-drop kit (installed diagonally), the SPARES are the ones in the picture.

Therefore my question is, why is my P2V+ not installed with 4 anti-drop kits instead of just 2? are all the P2V+ the same?
