not sure if this has been asked before, but, when i open the go app with nothing on but my ios device ( and yes.....i am clothed lol), there is a blue circle around my location...whats up with the blue circle ?

There's a blue dot around your location on the lap to show you ... your location.

its an opaque blue circle extending out from the blue dot and icon for the bird for a distance , on a guess, maybe 300 m. im using an ipad 2 mini, wifi only, bird and controller shut off.

i cached the map from wifi in my basement, on my wifi only ipad, so lack of gps signal makes sense for that big opaque blue circle around my location ?
