Got the pv2+ on Xmas day, too busy to fly
Boxing Day was rain all day
, then today was the day, very nervous at first, been researching and watching videos for a few months, now the time had come. All I can say is wow, what a piece of kit this is. It was a little bit windy but the bird flew flawlessly. Now I do have 1 question if some could kindly answer for me.
I done the rth bit by turning off the handset and that worked as it should, the thing is I am too scared at the mo to land it on the ground so I hand landed and turned off the motors, then I set it back down on my landing/take off pad (a bit of plywood) tried to start the motors again but nothing happened!! So I turned the bird off and back on again then I could start the motors fine no problem. Did I do something wrong in landing? I was flying straight out of the box but everything was fully charged.i know a little about naza etc. I think what I'm trying to say is, is there a way of hand landing, turning motors off, setting down and taking off without turning the battery off and on again?.
Here's a link to my first flight if anyone would like to have a look
