A/F mode.

Got my bird back the other day after warranty work was done to it. Work was done to my satisfaction I am back in the air. What I am noticing is on the remote when I'm ready for takeoff I can't use the A/F modes or are those modes only used once you are in the air? Reason I'm asking is I've never used those two modes at all, I always fly in GPS mode but I want to be a little bit more adventurous and see the waypoints/follow me mode and try some of the other features on this advanced I have.

Have you activated that function in DJI go? (Multiple flight modes)

are those modes only used once you are in the air?

They can be used from the ground as long as the "Multiple Flight Modes" setting is enabled.
