3D FPV camera The BlackBird

Hello! Today I want to talk about the 3D camera for FPV BlackBird, this is a new small camera, it is designed for flight in the first person and it allows you to feel the depth, the distance. BlackBird makes flight quadrocoper more real.
BlackBird generates a signal in the format of interlaced 3D, so only one video transmitter/receiver, in order to see the 3D image you need video glasses, for example Prober EVG920 or HeadPlay. These models video glasses support format interlaced 3D.

Interesting.
Is this sending interleaved or side by side? It looks like side by side, which at SD resolution is going to give you quite a low resolution image. Some 3D systems also require HD in order to operate, so this may limit the choice of display.

Can you record on the camera, or is it TX only? Recording in HD would make it quite a useful tool, particularly when combined with a gimbal!

This is a recording from tx... to Record video for BlackBird can't as this course the camera. BlackBird transmits video interlaced 3D, this format supports HeadPlay video goggles and Prober EVG 920.

When you say interlaced, do you mean sending the signal at 50 fields and splitting this to give 2 x 25 frames per second?

Unless you increase the frame rate to 100 fps, this will give you only half resolution, as will side by side.
