Will not link

Hi could anyone give me advise, i bought p3a used, flew great a half dozen times . then went to fly and had no video then became disconnected and will not connect...i tried to update aircraft with latest firmware ..unsuccessfully. ....but i have no idea what firmware i have on it ....ive downloaded new app and ive tried different mobile device...then. Realized the app thinks its a professional and its a advanced im affraid i might have updated rc with pro. Firmware. Because firmware came throu app???? Also when i tried to manually link the button on aircraft (frequency button) dosent make any changes ....and the small led. light dosent light up red or green

Never should have done that, however that said. How did you update? The RC and aircraft firmware must match.

I downloaded latest version from dji app. 1.11.20 i believe to flashdrive and loaded sd in aircraft then powered up with rc off......and rc i updated throu app 1.9.2 i beleive

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Download the 1.11.20.zip file.

1) Extract the .bin file from the zip file.
2) Put the .bin file in the root directory of the Micro SD card. ( Make sure it is formatted and empty )
3) Put the Micro SD card in the aircraft.
4) Power on the aircraft with a full battery, and have a fan blowing across the gimbal ( It is prone to overheating )
5) When the update is complete, check the SD card for the A/B log file to see if there were any errors or success.

Judging from the very difficult images to view, it appears you have 1.10.09 on the AC. Can't be certain from the images. It would be better to see the actual .txt file. Not sure what is going on here, but it also appears you are attempting different versions. Make sure there is only one on the SD card. I realize hindsight is 20-20 but updating the firmware before determining actually what was going on with the AC interface was a big mistake. Now you have multiple issues added to the original problem. This might be very difficult to resolve.
