What does "GROWTH OF VALUE" mean in the new flight log page?

I posted this thread two days ago and 131 of you have viewed it with no responses. I take it that all of you know the answer and are being polite and don't want to offend me by letting me know that I'm the only one that does not know.. Please....if someone knows how this "Growth of Value" is calculated....I will not be offended by the obvious.
