What are these magenta circles in B4UFly?

It looks like the FAA has put magenta circles of about a 30 mile radius around JFK, LGA and NWK airports near NYC.
What is the meaning of that restriction?

If there is a simple summary of the various classes of air space, please share it.

Should be able to find it on the App Store. There are both IOS and Android versions.

Try "Airmap for Drones". Free on both Android and iOS app stores. Someone else on here recommended this. It's much better than the B4UFLY app, IMHO.
