What app for 3D mapping?

What app do you guys use to take pics to make 3D maps?

I use Altizure app to capture images and then I either upload to Altizure or Drone Deploy. I like how you can create a type of fly-by of your 3-D model in Altizure but they do require you to submit some images or video or link to a youtube or facebook page to prove you have pilot skills in order to use their rendering service, apparently they don't want noobs using their software.

Adding onto what @msinger suggested, Maps Made Easy is a very popular app for 3-D mapping.
