Our school just received some donated DJI drones, one of them, a Phantom P3 Pro seems to work well, fly's nicely, gimbal works and camera records in 4K but you can't see any video in the DJI Go app.
One of the students was certain its a firmware issue so he set out to upgrade the firmware. Long story short he couldn't upgrade it. So I upgraded to the latest version of the Go-App on the iPad mini. Then I tried to upgrade the controller but when I click on the status bar, then click on the overall status, there's nothing there.
Also, after launching the GoApp it gave me the option in the drop down to chose Phantom 3 Professional but after clicking on the "camera" button it only give the the option for the Phantom 4 and there's no longer a drop down.
We'd really like to get this drone working, any help would be appreciated.
