Try in to update firmware..

Hey all.. I'm new here

I need some help I think.

I'm trying to update firmware on the phantom 3.. I've copied bin file to sd card as instructed.. Placed sd card into Phantom, powered up etc

But the first sounds I am getting are DD.....DD.....DD......

I've looked at tutorials etc but nowhere does it explain why it is doing this?!?!

You have a P3S?
Is this brand new?
SD card is not the recommended instructions for the P3S.
Unless you have to update for some reason, I would wait, you are not forced to update.

Have you downloaded the manual?

Supermofo, what are the lights doing? mine took about 15-20 minutes to complete. Are you waiting long enough?

Erm.. ok... my bad, it looks like my firmware was upto date

It is now, the last update called for copying a bin to the SD card.

Could you articulate? I'm on the latest firmware and I did the upgrade via DJI GO.
