Swollen battery

Pic you see here is that of a P4...suffered a crash and noticed the slight bulge a few flights later. Battery works fine...but that bulge concerns me. Should I replace it!

I'm always sensitive to anything power plant related so if I were to have a battery that is swollen or different after a crash, I'm not likely to use it again.

Swelling on the lipo batteries is usually seen when their internal electrolyte breaks down due to over heat or excessive current flow. Batteries in such conditions should never be used again as they might catch fire or explode.

Toss it. Not worth a failure at altitude.

I would. It's not worth the cost of repairing any damage it could potentially cause.
